The restaurant
The “Chez Fernand” restaurant, founded in 1970 and located in the heart of Saint Germain des Près area is a Parisian institution.
Dimitri Labaye, the chef Remi Lebon and their entire crew give this place a very friendly dining atmosphere, absolutely in line with the legendary neigbourhood. Excellence on sourcing products, respect of French culinary traditions and simplicuity are the key words to describe a restaurant where it is just good to eat and grab a part of the French cooking culture away with you. The magnificent cellar offers “Grands Crus” from Bordeaux as well as great wines from smaller unknown domains but always at the best price !
